"I ordered a double vanity from Direct to you Furniture. I had some problems with it and I sent them and e-mail asking what I should do. They sent me a brand new one, free of charge!!! I was astonished to see that a merchant would actually do something like that. They stand behind what they sell."

"We bought a double sink vanity for our new master bathroom and we absolutely love it. The design is sleek, fresh, and unique. The glass sinks arrived in perfect condition, as did the wood cabinet and hardware. Their prices were so far below any other vendor, and their quality is superior. We were event pleasantly surprised with small elegant details, like the cabinet doors that don't slam shut, they glide slowly and completely closed. Our customer service questions and concerns were responded to within a day, and whatever our request -- additional details and specifications or a replacement of a minor part out of warrantee -- it was met with very pleasant, quick and nice service."

"I just purchased a double sink vanit from Direct to you Furniture and it was a great experience. We were extremely pleased with our purchase and delivery experience. We ABOSUTLEY LOVE IT!! The vaity is beautiful and the marble is suerior. The vanity was delivered in 5 days and was well packaged and the delivery person was great. I will be ordering another vanity when we redo our second bathroom. I highly recommend Direct to You Furniture. The customer service was also very helpful prior to us ordering the vanity. They answered all our question and concerns. You can count of Direct to You Furniture."

"I bought a bathroom vanity from Direct Furniture four months ago,but did not get to install it this week.When I opened the box that contained the marble top I found it was broken in two.I e-mailed to ask what to do next,I got an answer within hours and I was promised a replacement top.Would you believe I received it within TWO days? I highly recommend anyone to do business with Direct Furniture.SUPER SERVICE!!!!!"

But for perspective buyers, the item Conrad purchased was a UPS item which we do not require inspection at delivery. "We've been meaning to write this review for a while now because we were so extremely pleased with our purchase and delivery experience. We bought the double sink mission style vanity with the turned legs and white marble top. We absolutely love it. Our discussions with Mr. Chen before delivery were very reassuring and not only did it come extremely well packaged and in excellent condition, the delivery man was very helpful and pleasant. The whole experience was more than we expected. We would highly recommend Direct to You Furniture."

"I bought a single vanity for my half bath from Direct Furniture and it was a great experience.I received the product with minor damage and emailed photos to customer service.I expected they would ask that I ship it back and wait for a replacement, however, they shipped a replacement right away. There was no extra effort required on my part. GREAT customer service. The product itself is beautiful and a great value. I will definitely do business with them again ! "

"The speed of the transaction was incredible. In less than a week of ordering the cabinet, it arrived by truck to the house. The cabinet is well made, the marble top is very attractive. The cabinet is well worth the price, and the ease of the overall transaction allows me to consider using this company in the future."

"THE Vanity is beautiful. And the Marble is superior!!! Everyone always comments on what a nice piece of furniture it is. Our only complaint is in the drawers. The Type of wood used for the draw faces was a poor choice. There is sap in the wood, and it is starting to push through the finish. It bubbles under the finish and eventually chips off, leaving bare spots. I have had to do a lot of touch up. and I continue to have to do it, as more spots appear. The Delivery was excellent. RIGHT ON TIME. They kept me updated on a regular basis, so I was never wondering what the delivery status was. Over all, it was a good experience, other than the draws!!!!"

"I was skeptical about buying such a large purchase online, but after reading such great reviews I decided to take the chance. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery, and excellent customer service. James is always on the other end of the line if you have questions or concerns. Everything he told me was true and the quality of the double marbletop vanity I bought from him was great - no cracks, scratches, etc. Same as the more expensive stores at half the cost. I would definately buy from Direct to You Furniture again. One comment which Direct To You has no control over: Make sure the delivery person (who is outsourced)lets you inspect the shipment before you accept it! Once you sign the paperwork at delivery it's yours no matter what it looks like inside the box! This is also stated on the Direct to You website. Unfortunately you can't control the professional attitude of the delivery vendor. If you inspect the product at time of delivery and it's damaged, Direct to You will replace it. "

"First of all, let me say I know I am very picky when it comes to things I buy. I just wanted to let your company know that the double vanity I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. The craftmanship that went into making this piece of furniture was excellent. The marble countertop survived delivery (have not opened the backsplash box yet). I was really stressing on the delivery of the vanity and even went out and bought a digital camera "just in case". The vanity was very well packaged and the delivery person was great. The vanity was delivered in the four business days as stated in your delivery process. Metro Express delivered the vanity. The delivery driver would not let us open the package until I signed, so I did as your policy instructed and wrote "driver refused to let me inspect package" on the receipt. He was very nice about it, guess he has instructions too. The only suggestion I would make is to make sure you have enough people to carry the product. My poor contractor and his back! I will be ordering another vanity from your company when I redo my second bathroom (or any other room). Thanks again for such a positive experience. R.Jenkins "
