"Order MSDN premium for $1899. Supposed to have free shipping and handling, (these line items were 0), but a mystery 'freight charge' of $7.95 showed up on the final invoice. No response from DirectDeals when I queried about having this charge removed."

"Buying the product was very easy but the link add price and the actual price were different. Of course the price DirectDeals was offering on its site was higher. Because I needed it and had dealt with DirectDeals before though I bought it anyhow."
