" Discounttvlamps.com sold me a counterfeit bulb. I bought from their website and even clicked their genuine parts button. Their website makes it look like you are buying genuine parts. When I received the bulb and installed it, it burned out in less than a month nearly causing a fire in my TV. I called a Sony authorized repairman who came to the house and replaced the bulb with a new one. He told me that the bulb I purchased from Discounttvlapmps.com was counterfeit and showed me the difference between teh real and counterfeit bulb. Even though the counterfeit was stamped with "Sony" on it, it was clearly more flimsy and the plastic was thinner. I not only wouldn't recommend buying from Discounttvlamps.com, but they need to be investigated by the police! "

" Very poor shipping and customer service. I purchased a replacement lamp using 3 day express delivery. I needed it by the weekend for a big event. The part should have been here Friday, and I would have been ok even if it showed up on Saturday. The tracking info even showed that is was in town at 3:30am Friday morning, but a strange note that said "delivery not scheduled until 4/11". That would have been the following Monday. After a terrible weekend, I called them on Monday and waited through a terribly recorded phone selection process to listen to terrible, loud music with some girl that you couldn't understand trying to talk over it, only to be put on hold, transferred twice and finally cut off. I called back and went through the same annoying process and finally spoke to a person. The person assured me it would be here today(4/11) and said there was nothing they could do. They said I ordered it too late that day and they don't deliver on Saturdays. I would like to say that I avoided the shipping methods that said "no Saturday delivery", and apperantly the next day after the order is made doesn't even count as the first shipping day. Anyway, after the lousy weekend, the horrible phone recordings, being on hold, and cut off, I probably would have been fine if they would have removed the extra charge that I paid for the quick shipping, that I wouldn't have paid in the first place if they were just going to ship it regular anyway. So when you get ready to order from them, just forget about their comment, "ATTENTION: Our customers are our biggest assets!!". Because when it comes down to it, they don't really care! "

" Ordered bulb for my tv on friday afternoon and it arrived on monday.Thought it would take longer since bulb was coming from west coast and I live in Ohio. Used USPS. (Cheapest shipping rate). Best price I could find online for the bulb. Would definately use again. "
