"My wife¿s 40th birthday just passed and I wanted to surprise her with something really good. She always figures out what I am doing and even when she doesn¿t she walks in at the wrong time, and I never get to fully surprise her. Drplasma.com turns out to be exactly what I needed. I picked up the 65se94 Sharp TV, a blue ray DVD player, and a surround sound home theater system. I calculated my savings to be around $1500 by buying through them instead of the store I usually would go to. I needed them to install this unit for me at a very specific and probably unusual time, just so my wife wouldn't suspect a thing. Just seeing her reaction was worth all the effort in the world. I had the TV and components fully installed in the living room, along with a collection of blue-ray DVDs, and i put the TV that was in the living room into our bedroom. Thank you Dr Plasma for really working with me and making this a very special birthday for my wife."

"I have read some mixed reviews about problems with delivery and hard upselling. i did however receive a call about an offer on expedited shipping, which I accepted due to the fact that it is a large TV. I received it 3 days later, I called them and they were nice enough to walk me through the instalation. I will be purchasing my next TV from them as well. 5 Star!!!"

"I Had ordered a large flat screen TV in June 08. Was told it was new.Ha guess what it wasn't it was refurbished. Tried to contact Dr Plasma via phone and email no answer. I got screwed.Look Out Don't Let This Happen To You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Contacted Samsung company told me TV was over a year old and was refurbised only had 90 day warranty. already expired."

"In July, I ordered an LCD television set from Dr. Plasma that had been represented as "brand new." On Nov. 1, after attempting to receive customer service from the manufacturer, the manufacturer informed me that the set was, in fact, refurbished and no longer covered under warranty. I am now stuck with a television that doesn't function properly and no means to obtain warranty service. I am looking at an expensive repair bill in all likelihood.
Given that, I'd hardly recommend that anyone do business with this company."

"Drplasma had a exquisite shipping speed, shipping the day after i had purchased the LCD. It came in 5 days, the TV arrived in new condition. I'am very satisfied with the product and as well as the service from drplasma.com. Highly recommended! Regards, Greg."
