"The transfer switch was just what I needed. Fast delivery. When I decided I wanted a flush mounted kit after delivery of the tranfer switch, I was told how order it. Would not hesitate to do business with them again. Highly recommended. A+++++++"

"I realized the next day after placing an order, I had ordered the incorrect item. I called ElectricGeneratorsDi immediately and talked with service representative, Sherry. She was able to call the factory and had my ordered cancelled. I have now ordered the correct item. I was very happy with the assistance I received to correct my error. "
