"Bought a Sangean Internet radio. At first, I was reluctant to place an order with them for two reasons. (1) Their price was so much lower than other vendors, so I was suspicious. (2) They did not (yet, evidently) have thousands of star ratings, but all their ratings were mostly 4+ and 5-star. I thought I'd give it a shot and pay for it using PayPal.
The day I ordered the radio, it shipped. It arrived (in Florida) three days later, using their standard shipping.
Great web experience; great fulfillment; safe/secure packaging; great delivery; NO disappointment.

"Unparalleled service both times we purchased from them. First time a carpet cleaner that they replaced immediately when it failed to work properly and then a sensa clip (no problems so far) that arrived almost before we hung up the phone. They have become our default electronics/appliance provider. "
