"The websupport when you forget your password is the worst I have come across. The hint function is unusable and unhelpful. (What are the chances of remembering the hint if you cant remember the password).A normal consumer is not expected to remember 100's of different passwords. You nearly lost my sale, as I had to resubmit under my wife's email address. Very poor indeed. Also no email support to write to. Sack whoever designed this website"

"Products are fine, but the support service is unsatisfactory. I've tried to email you several times w/questions, and have never gotten past the beginn- ing. What is the problem? Would be better to email you direct; this has wasted much time."

"have had good service and good customer relations with Emedoutlet in the past with other orders. if i had not everyone would know about it by now. as long as they keep upm their end of their end of the bargin so will i."

"I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING WHAT I NEEDED NOT B/C OF THE COMPANY. ONCE I GOT MY CREDIT CARD ADDRESS UPDATED IT WAS A BREEZE, AND WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE IT WAS THEM THAT EXPLAIN TO ME MY ISSUE. SO ONCE I DID WHAT THEY ADVISE I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION WITH OUT A HITCH. THEY ALSO HAD WHAT I NEEDED AT A MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE PRICE. SO THANKS TO THEM I MAY BE EXPECTING A LIL BUNDLE OF JOY SOON. :)"
