(What are the chances of remembering the hint if you cant remember the password).A normal consumer is not expected to remember 100's of different passwords. It has taken two attempts to purchase it. The first time my purchaase was over $300 USD and they wanted copies of ID and my credit card. By the time I sent it to them my purchase was rejected. "My shipping and billing addresses are different due to the way the Mastercard for my family trust is set up. The system would not allow me to enter a different shipping address, therefore the merchandise has to be sent to my sister's house which entails a 70 mile round trip for one of us to deliver the meds to me. Other US merchant computer systems conveniently allow different billing and shipping addresses without this type of red tape. Shop EastWest is great but this glitchy addtional layer is a very customer unfriendly inconvenience. "
