I was led around uselessly by Exterior Accents, who said (inaccurately) that my credit card declined the charge, for two weeks, back and forth with wasted time plus worry on my part, finally I was told they do not ship outside the state (they are in N.C.)So why are they advertising on yahoo? I would never ever use them again.

I placed an order for a product other companies said was in short supply and may be delayed in shipping. I placed the order on a Monday and it was at my door on Thursday. And this was during the pre-Christmas shopping season, mid-December.

After I made a purchase from this
company I was shipped a very poor
quality replacement Gazbo cover item
that lasted about 3 months and then I
had to resew the stiching to make it
last one more month. I called, emailed
and was given the cold shoulder after
the sale. All I can say is think twice
and buy someplace else. Buyer beware
with this company.
