"I had read some negative reviews about this company, but decided to purchase from them anyway. I have traveled to many places where people have given horrible reviews and they have been totally great to me so. Anyway back to eyeglasses4all. I received an e-mail stating it would take 2 weeks till shipping. No problem at this point. Not a week later glasses were in and they were on there way. About 5 days later I get a message from USPS that the glasses had been mis-sent, but the error was corrected. So I give another 5 days and no eyeglasses. By this time I e-mail eyeglasses4all customer service. Which I was very please because everyone of my e-mails was answered by their customer service within the next day. One of the cust serv agent assured me that she had contacted USPS personally to find my glasses. She told me if I didn't see a change, within 3 days, in my USPS tracking page to let her know. Well by the 2nd day I didn't see any movement so I sent her an e-mail telling her I couldn't wait anymore and that I would start proceedings for a refund. She was very sorry and understood and said she would help me as soon as she located the package. I received the glasses that afternoon. I was very happy and so was my son. The glasses were for him. I guess USPS doesn't update their tracking page like they should. Anyway I got my glasses they are perfect. The prescription was right on and their cust serv was on it. Thank you! Cecilia H "

"BEWARE !!! I ORDERED A PAIR OF FRAMES ONLY TO BE THAT THEY WILL BE SENT OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS A FEW DAYS TURNED OUT TO BE NEVER AS I NEVER RECEIVED THEM & EVERYTIME I TRIED TO CALL THEM DURING WORKING HOURS THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONES SO WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I placed an order on August 8, 2011. A few weeks later I hadn't heard from Eyeglasses4less, so I wrote to customer service. They told me my glasses would be shipped the next day. A week later I checked my account. My glasses still had not shipped. Wrote to customer service again. This time they told me it would be just a few days more. A week later, after they still hadn't shipped, I wrote to customer service again...you get the picture. One month after I ordered the glasses, and a handful of empty promises from customer service, I cancelled my order."

"Glasses were on backorder, They gave me an updated notice everytime there was an update to my order. Got my glasses in a 3 weeks before they said they would. The prescription was perfect. They have Great communication and customer service. "

"Outstanding value - my frames cost half what other online sites charge. Called and spoke to friendly representative who was helpful so placed order. They arrived well packaged with a better than usual eyeglass case. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!"

"After shopping around for frames at retail establishments I finally found the 1 that I wanted, but it was too expensive. So, I wrote the item # down and started searching the web for the best price. Eyeglasses4all by far had the best price. I received my glasses within a week and couldn't be happier. Not only do they look great, but they were $60 less. I will be back in the near future to Eyeglasses4all seeing as we just learned my son needs to wear glasses too :)."

"Their website shows they have stock on everything but when you place an order, they send you an email telling you they don't and it won't be available for weeks. Then you have to cancel or select something else. I selected something "in stock" and was told it would ship in 2 days. Since then the company had a note on their website; they were on vacation between 9/21-10/4, although my order showed it shipped since the 20th, I have not received anything. There is no tracking number, no way to cancel online so I can buy from someone else, since they are closed there is no way to talk to anyone, no one replies to emails.. This is the worst purchasing I've made by far, save yourself from frustration, pay few more bucks and get it from somewhere else. These people are bunch of crooks.."

"placed my order on auguest 03, till today auguest 20 had not recieved my order, everytime i call i was getting the run around that they on the way or ups never picked them up and other BS , now i am trying to call them to check up the statues on the glasses and there phone system is off and cant even speak to no one."
