" Order at your own risk. Like many others the price draws you in, but you will never see it. I called them four times on my order.Each time they said it would be shipped the next day. On the 5th call to cancel they said the product was out of stock.(Although the web site still has it "on stock,ready to ship")They offered an upgrade camera at no added cost. I did receive that camera, but $20.00 was added to my bill and the camera is refurbised,not new as stated. "The worst mail order purchase experience I've ever had. I ordered a Canon 1100 camera by phone and was assured it was in stock and would be sent immediately. A week later I was called and told that the item was on back order and that they would substitute an another camera. I told them that I was not interested in the other camera and was told that I should get the 1100 in about a week. A couple days later I received the substitute camera despite telling them I did not want it. I was given a return authorization and was assured that they would reimburse the shipping cost for the return once they received the return. Upon receiving the return they denied ever saying that they would reimburse me for the shipping, saying that it was their policy not to do so, regardless of the fact that they shipped and charged me for an item I specifically said I did not want. If they had only been willing to do the right thing and reimburse the shipping I might believe that shipping the wrong camera was a mistake, but I now believe that they are a dishonest company and intentionally pulled a bait-and-switch in the hopes that they could sell an inferior product at a higher price. Beware of Foto Connection."

"I don't think there is anyway I can put into words how overwhelmingly negative my experience was with this company. They are the reason that people fear buying over the internet. They called me twice trying to upsell me. They changed my order. They changed my price. Of the two items I ordered, they sent me one, and it was wrong. They told me I was wrong and that I should want what they sent me. They told me I should have done my research and that they didn't even stock the item that they sent me. They didn't send me my other item at all. After days of calling/asking they told me it was on back order (even though they previously told me it shipped). They didn't want to return the wrong item or refund me for either when I wanted to cancel my order, telling me they couldn't because they would lose money. It took me a minute to write this, but it took hours of my time on the phone and weeks of waiting to get here and I still haven't gotten my refund. I beg you to buy from somewhere else - this the last company on the internet you shoudl be supporting."

"I ordered one of there package deals for a cannon. They called and harded sell me a battery upgrade for 10X the online price. They then offered to upgrade the lenses that it came with. Once I agread to that, they sent me an email to sign right away, which I did. Once I recieved my order, it was missing 3 of the items on the orginal order (flash, wide angle add on & 2nd tri-pod), and the lenses where not upgraded, just a similar model was replaced. Not only did they do a bait & switch, they did a bait & remove. I will never buy anything from them again. "

"Good price on camera Canon as590is but I purchased a package for $30 extra dollars which advertised a ful size tripod and medium bag. What I received was a bag barely big enough to fit the camera with a desktop mini tripod inside of it. When I called about it they said the pictures were for display purpose only and their "POLICY" states that so basically what you see is not what you will get. In addition the service rep was aroagant about it and just tried to remind me of the deal on the camera. I will not be doing business with this vendor again."

"Bait and switch all the way. Never got a chance to print the official bill on the web. The screen blips by ... on purpose. I did however print before hitting the final order, so I had a copy of the order... I ordered a coolpix camera in plum and 2 Kingston high-speed memory cards (buy one, get one free). Got a call from them next day saying The Coolpix only comes with "Starter" memory and I should buy a GoDigi card. (but I already ordered memory, I said.) Kingston wasn't a good memory card. It wasn't high speed at all. (liar) I should switch to the "deal" on Godigi and then he quoted me a total price that was higher than what I paid for. Also that plum camera was out...even though it had said "in stock" as did the memory card. And was "in stock" as he was talking... I went online and looked during the conversation! - I said NO leave order as is. I'd wait a couple days for the plum. - Box came 2 days later. Apparently plum was in stock (hmmm) but there was ONE GOdigi card. Oh and the price charged was higher. I started looking up their reviews... and saw all the bad stuff. Earlier I had seen a good review. THEY must've written it! - Called and asked to speak to a manager. You couldn't believe the bull I got and the rudeness. They said they'd call back. They didn't. I called back and they continued to lie saying the Kingston wasn't in stock. Finally had someone admit they didn't even sell it! - In the end they said they'd get and send a Kingston. They sent another GoDigi. Surprise. I gave up. At least the camera had a US warrantee...believe me I registered the thing right away to be sure. NEVER buy things from them!"
