"Positive: Ordering was simple and easy. Prices are very competitive. Negative: Order was 8 days late (22 days total to deliver). I was unable to access the order status screen at all (Web page declined to show this page error in IE). When contacting for assistance thru email I was given a copy and paste answer and was asked to be patient; even though I was not given any reassurance that the order was in transit. The onus was on the customer to ensure the order was delivered."

"Great prices and items were exactly as described. I love it that there was no minimum order amount for free shipping. I received a shipping confirmation email the day after I placed my order, and it arrived just two days later. Wow! Would definitely shop with GameBay again."
