" The replacement board was bought from Gemini with the intent of using it to repair a receipt printer. Low price for the board, I figured if the service wasn't great it didn't matter because I was saving money. Pleasant surprise - service and interaction was fine with no rudeness or troubles. Retailer offers 2 and 3 day fedex shipping, I used regular though and had no long waits. "

" "I ordered a new barcode printer (Zebra tlp282p) from Gemini Computers at the suggestion of a business associate who has ordered from them in the past. I found the customer service aspect of Gemini to be satisfactory - my questions regarding the printer were answered to my satisfaction and at no point did I feel as though I was not being given the service rep's full attention. As for cost, I suppose I may have found the same unit for less elsewhere but I didn't really have the time or inclination to search endlessly just to save another 5 bucks, Gemini's prices are more than fair. Shipping was relatively quick and there were no problems to speak of. I don't anticipate needing anything else for my business for a while (I recently relocated from CA.), but I'd do business with Gemini again in the future if they've got something I need. My rating is 'average' according to Nextag criteria but I should note that if I were able, I would've rated 3.5 stars as a reflection of my experience being satisfactory and competent and just slightly above average." " I picked up a new signature pad (Topaz s460-hsb-r model)from this place, ordered it on 05/17 and have already got it in my hand. Good customer service (for a change - some online places are terrible) as they were friendly and helpful. The person I spoke to on the phone was also surprisingly knowledgeable about the pad I ordered; gave me some tips, etc. Would recommend. "

" Order taker does not know his product line and told me a part would work and it wasn't suited at all. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered an additional item and sent me a duplicate shipment of the same item and charged me for it. Ordered a second part for the original order to make up for the wrong item and said they had it in stock and didn't just to get my order. Said they would ship in 2 days but in 2 weeks have yet to ship the part. Wrong place to do business. "

However in some rare cases and even with the best intentions it's simply impossible to be trained in all 100,000 products that we carry. In such cases, we would either recommend for the client to contact the manufacturer for additional details or allow us time to research the answer on their behalf and get back to them. In the event that they were suggested the wrong model by the manufacturer as in this case or if they simply made a mistake, we do offer our clients a 21days return policy on most products. We take great pride in trying to provide the most up-to-date information to our clients. The item showed an ETA of 5-7 business days and thus took a week and half to arrive.
