" I ordered this item used at a very good price, ship-to-store. Somehow, UPS messed up and sent it directly to my house. The package was quite beat up, but not punctured in any way. When I unpacked it, the amp's cabinet was smashed on the front edge. From the look of the package, it looked as if it had been grazed by a fork lift or something. At any rate, Guitar Center has a 30 day return warranty, so I returned it to my local store. They were very good about accepting the return and provided a refund immediately. I let them know I was still in the market for another used one. However, within a few days, the item reappeared on their website, using the original picture that did not show the damage. (I know it was the same item because I confirmed it with Guitar Center.) I informed the website manager about this and within a couple days, the picture had been updated. The only problem is, the damage barely showed in the new picture, unless you knew where to look for it. (I wanted to make sure not to order the same item again!) I recommend Guitar Center with this caveat: They have a great selection and good service, but I would highly recommend calling the store where the item is originating from and ask about condition specifics before making that expensive final click. It could save you a lot of possible headaches. "
