User Review: Love my Flyer, have had no problems with it at all. Easy to use if you've used android before, if not, android is great once you learn it.

Don't let the specs decieve you, there's IS an SD card slot, its microSD. Just remove the plastic on top where the camera is and there you go!... See more

Nice 7" Android tablet

For $299 you can't beat the price and it's just the right size to carry everywhere, it's like an overgrown PDA and then some. I also have an iPad2 which I find using less and less in favor of the Flyer.... See more

Best 7-inch tablet on the market
"...
Having used nearly a half dozen Android tablets over the past year, I can definitely saw that the HTC Flyer is the best 7-inch tablet option on the market. I used the Flyer for a few weeks before it came out this past spring, but was not able to keep the unit because of the original $499 price tag.... See more

HTC has successfully managed to bring the Sense experience to their Flyer tablet. I have had five other 'leading' brand tablets, and all were lacking what Sense brings to the whole experience.... See more

Defining Pen is not included

Deciding to separate the Needed stylus was not a good decision. Without the stylus the tablet is a par for the course tablet running a single core processor and sporting the Gingerbread Android OS (per the specs).... See more

OK Tablet, but WAY overpriced
"...
After spending some time with the demo model of the HTC Flyer at my local Best Buy, I was impressed with its portability and responsiveness, despite the Flyer's already outdated OS. However, it it not bundled with its stylus pen, which means an additional $80 outlay, and the Flyer's price of $500 is way too high, especially given the plethora of android tablets that are coming on the market with specs head and shoulders above the Flyer....
