When I first got my washer, I loved it. It worked great and no more laundra mat. I have had my washer for just over a year now. I am a single mother with two boys and we have lots of laundry. I use this washer at least three times a week. I have noticed in the past month or so that my washer does not spin the clothes as well as it when I first got it, sometimes the clothes are completely so wet that I could wring them out with my hands. I have checked all the fixtures etc and I do not see anything preventing the machine from spinning correctly, now this doesnt do this all the time or with every load but more often than not. I am not over loading my washer. Sometimes I only put in one pair of jeans and a t-shirt and they will come out dripping of water.

I used this machine when I was staying at a rental apartment in summer.
Although it is a small wash machine, it does a good job cleaning dirty clothes. Better than the big machines in the laundry room in my apartment building.
It works very well with my young child's dirty clothes - dirt from the playgrounds or food stain.

I've had this unit for 3 months-it shuts down with even the slighest imbalance, so you constantly have to adjust load and it takes hours to do a single small load because it keeps resetting and filling rinse. Very frustrating-I would avoid.

This washer is perfect for one or two people who do not have space for a full-sized washer. The clothes are washed really clean -- the pulsator action is very effective. And rpms for the extraction cycle are very high. The stainless steel drum is a high-end feature for such an economical washer.

I have had my Haier 6.6lb for about two weeks now and I love it! It spins clothes so dry that I can hang them on a drying rack anywhere and there is no dripping. It is quiet, effecient and so easy. The instuction booklet was poorly written so it took me about 1/2 hour to get it set up. No more trips to the over crowded, over priced and not always so clean laundry room. the Haier 6.6 washes about 2 pair of pants, three shirts, underwear and socks in one load. I wonder why I waited so long to buy one.

Actually I have changed this model twice in 2 days, the customer service of Haier was very good, and the 3rd one still has technical problem, it can not stop fill in water before spin, and water flow all the ground.... My god! So disappointed.

I purchased this wonderful washer for my apartment and absolutely love it. It is super quiet, very minimal water leakage. The only problem I encountered was putting the face/base plate on....I inverted it. Look at the plate as a tray. The bottom of the tray should face the floor. You will hear a grinding if you put it on wrong so just invert and all will be well.

Worked well for me. Hooked it up to my bathroom sink and let it rock away. Pretty quiet unless the load was unbalanced, but even so the racket was only for a couple of minutes. It was the same price as doing laundry at the mart for a year, and I couldn't beat the convenience!
