" Great prices and fantastic customer service. I ordered almost everything for my bathroom and powder room remodel from them. The prices are great. One item ordered was out of stock as clearly stated by the webpage. Everything else was shipped within 24 hours and came to my house in less than one week. 2 hours after ordering, my plumber told me that the shower base won't fit due to drain location, I called them to cancel. There was almost no wait time, very nice communication, the item was canceled right away and minutes later I had confirmation for the refund. Fantastic experience. Other items came in perfect shape. "

" I purchased a product that did not meet my States lead requirements. When I was informed of this days later, I was treated as an ignorant, unknowing consumer who should of known what my State allows. After closer inspection of their poorly designed web site, I did see that this info was available. My complaint is this, they immediately had taken my money from my bank account and badgered me to buy something else. I was held hostage by an obviously young and uncaring women who felt empowered by a bunch of thugs (look at the photos on their web site) This was so shocking when I hung up the phone, I was shaking!!! Be warned. I am amazed they have been able to build a business. "

" While doing some research on Standard products for an entire bathroom remodel, I noticed the ad for Build.com on a web page, looked at their site, and signed up for a pro account. WHAT A MISTAKE! I placed an order (even though the prices were only a couple of dollars less than a big box special order program)and the products started to trickle in. It is apparent that these guys simply take orders, and have the merchandise drop shipped (heavy on the drop). Three of the items arrived damaged in three seperate shipments, including a whirlpool tub that had a four week lead time. It looked as if it had gone through a lot to get to Denver. It is very apparent that these "account managers" have never worked in the field, and have no idea what true customer service is other than taking your order. Mine wanted to do most everything by email, in spite of the fact that it is vastly inefficient. Also, they DO NOT understand that contractors often have completion dates that they must honor by contract. Because of the damaged goods, I could not meet my completion date, and asked for a rebate of some kind to appease the client. I have yet to see anything. DO NOT USE BUILD.COM IF YOU HAVE A COMPLETION DATE. You will not be able to complete the project on time. Here it is two months after the order was placed, and I'm still waiting on shipments. "

" Love this site, Bought new sink and it had some minor damage during shipping, I called Build.com, I have never experienced such expert customer service. They 2nd Day Air'ed a new sink to me no hassles. Customer service rep sent me all email backups, and even direct dial extensions. Followed up with me by phone and email! WOW! You can’t beat these folks for customer service, they really want to please and make this a pleasant experience. "

" During the ordering process it said that the item would ship within 3 to 5 days. After submitting the payment information it said that the item was out of stock and the "estimated" ship date would be in 10 days. "

" Freight carrier lost major portion of shipment (3 sinks). When I contacted Faucet Direct Adam Eberhard very efficiently expedited a replacement shipment which arrived in less than 48 hours. Sinks and faucets appear to be as described and of good quality. "

" When making a major purchase (in this case a bathtub) you shop around...and around...and around. :) At some point my eyes glazed over and I felt completely overwhelmed. I noticed Build.com's "price match guarantee" and called just to see if they could provide some perspective. I was lucky enough to have my call answered by CSR. He was patient and clear with me. he listened to what I was needing and was able to offer the best price. I hung up feeling grateful that I had chosen to call. Our conversation was immediately followed up by a standard order confirmation email as well as an additional note from him sharing his extension and contact information. In the sea of websites and deals that promise to be the best, I am incredibly satisfied that, through Build.com, I was able to get a human connection that cut through lots of overwhelming bits of information. I am sure that I made the right purchase from the right storefront. More over, thanks to the fantastic customer service provided, I will not have to peruse hundreds of websites in the future. I will only have to select Build.com and trust that I will be ideally taken care of. "

" I ordered a light fixture from this company as it was time sensitive and the store confirmed the lights were in stock and shipped in 1 - 2 business days. That was June 24th. It is now July 18 and I get a notice advising it will ship on July 26th. This is pitiful customer service. One would think this store would offer some form of compensation. "

" The bathroom fixture is beautiful and I would recommend it to others. I was very dispointed in the delivery services it was droped off at my neighbor house. Thank God that my neighbor was kind enough to walk it down to my house. There should be a better service in place for delivery of product because this was not a cheap item and I had already paid for it. "
