" Seller falsely advertised product and it was never it stock, I waited and waited for the product to come and eventually got an email stating they didnt have the product - If I had known I would have bought it elsewhere. when I called up to cancel the customer service rep was very rude - dont bother ordering from this company. "

" Buyer BEWARE!!! This was the WORST internet shopping experience I have ever had!!! I ordered 24 tubes of my favorite zylitol toothpaste, and I must admit that price was THE reason why I ordered through these bozos. I ordered 24 tubes because UPS only charged 3 bucks more to ship 24 instead of 12. I got the usual UPS confirm the next day, and then later that day I got a cancellation notice from UPS. when I called HerbsPro, they claimed they knew nothing about the cancellation and told me I needed to call UPS and find out what happened. I told them I didn't do anything to cancel the order and then they claimed that UPS "couldn't find me." Well, at that point, they had my money and I had no product and I smelled a rat. The next day I got a card from my local post office with $21.35 postage due. The post office told me that HerbsPro had crammed my order into a $14 sized shipping box that was the wrong box and that was why an additional $21.35 was due. HerbsPro planned on pocketing the $4.50 difference that I had paid for UPS ground. Unfortunately for them, the order would not ship in that one size fits all priced box. Three calls later I received my shipment. I was horrified at the condition of my product. From their own requirements for return statement, I would not be able to return the order. Half of the boxes were open and/or mangled and probably previously returned and maybe even used. Who knows? This outfit is questionable at best and I will NEVER order another thing from them. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. I expect to get what I pay for in product as well as shipping and this bunch didn't deliver either. "

One-site source provision helped me both mentally and physically. I am glad I can do initial comparisons here, and I couldn't use you without the discount aspect..thank you for that--it's the straw that balances the scales in your favor. But do know, I am still doing research and am ultimately seeking whole super food,raw, non-GMO, organic, heirloom product, narrowed down to as few bottles as possible, even if I have to grow it myself.
