"HeyYouBaby's customer service noticed that I just missed the FedEx two day window, and they called me to see if this was a Christmas gift. My son would have been disappointed on Christmas day if it weren't for them. Great service, great prices. Highly recommend!"

"Jesenia has been very friendly and helpful in answering all the queries and solving my problems. Obviously your company believes in empowerment and she is definitely a gem for your company! But the 2 weeks delivery for free shipping is a tad too long! I ended paying for express delivery charges to get items in time for the flight. With the additional charges, the items ordered ceasd to become a good bargain. I wonder if you can improve on delivery time. Overall it was a wonderful experience."

Regarding the shipping, we do ship the items right away to you but with the free shipping it can take 5 business days once in transit. That is not our doing; we ship the items right away. Rather it is how long UPS or DHL takes for the free ground service. You needed the overnight express shipping for 2 hospital grade breasts pumps that are very large and heavy (you did save a few hundred dollars total). Unfortunately, since you did need it the next day we do not provide overnight shipping for free. Instead you get the discounted shipping rate we get from the shipping company. "I found the Medela Symphony Plus Electric breast pump for $1549.99 it was $150 cheaper than anyone else has it for and they can get it to me the quickest from anyone else as well. I contacted them via phone and they were very knowledgeable and very quick and professional. I love Heyyoubaby.com and can't wait to shop here again!"
