"My portable washing machine arrived in pristine condition. It's perfect,i love it.The hookup was a snap. The machine is beautiful and cleans better than the Laundromat.It is so quiet I can't even hear it spin. The condition when it arrived was as if angels had carried it to my kitchen, no dents or dings or marks or any kind.Perfect. It arrived a week earlier than I expected.i will be back for the Dryer. thank you Home Elegance

"This dryer is great for apartments. Dries clothes very well but can be a bit time consuming for towels. But overall, it's a good dryer.Home elegance had the best price."

"If I could give zero stars I would. WORST experience I've ever had. I should've paid more attention to the other reviews of product non-shipment and hassle to refund money. 6 weeks in and I haven't received a refund, though I'm continually promised I'll get it in 2-3 days. Evidently, this is normal operating procedure for this co."

"I just got the HLP23E machine - the first thing I said when I opened the box is "Look how cute it is - a mini-washing machine!" I had read somewhere that the bottom plate was difficult to put on, I did not have any problems with it, I had it on within 10 minutes - maybe they improved it.I then ran a normal wash, I would imagine the quick wash would work for most loads. Overall, I am very happy and would recommend the machine. HomeEleganceCenter had the best price from anyone I found.i"ll be back for the dryer Great customer support and fast shipping.A+++"

"This definitely the best little washer....It will take you a little bit of time to set up, but I was able to do it within a day :) You will enjoy not having to go to the laundry mat... I can wash my clothes, towels and sheets in this washer. I only need to take my comforters to the laundry mat.Thank you Home Elegance A+++"

"Ordered "in-stock" haier mini washing machine on in early to mid-April. Got charges right away. Order did not ship out until late July! OVER 3 MONTHS! Seller kept feeding me stories about how the item was back ordered (why show it in stock then?!). Finally, they shipped with UPS and delivery was not made because they messed up on shipping info. 10 more days and item was allegedly returned, all while Seller kept promising to fix it. So, 3 1/2 months they don't want to do anything anymore; they promised to refund my money, implying that they are being nice to refund shipping charges which they believe I should've been responsible for somehow. I paid them for the item, I paid them for shipping - they selected a carrier and their responsibility is to deliver. I don't understand how they stay in business. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THE WORST"
