"Excellent sales help with Adam, fast delivery, competitive prices. I ordered a complete bathroom and was notified immediately of any out-of-stock items, but even those arrived quickly. Adam even called to make sure my delivery went okay. Would definitely order from them again. "

"We have placed 2 orders with HomePerfect. The first was for Hansgrohe valves and trim for 3 tubs. The second order was spouts for two of the tubs. Both orders arrived quickly, and were very well packaged. The products in the first order were fine, but BOTH spouts had manufacturing defects (gouges in the metal before chroming). I called HomePerfect and they asked for pictures of the defects. I emailed pictures and HomePerfect arranged for FedEx to pick up the spouts the next day. They credited my full purchase amount back a few days after they received them. I wish they had replacements but by then they were backordered so I had to buy eleswhere (for a higher cost)."

" Best bang for your buck. Needed a new toilet and begin searching for a cheap one. Long story short we bought a luxury toto toilet at a lowest price I could find anywhere! It got even better, the toilet came way sooner than expected; it actually came the next day! "

"Would not order again, unrealistic/poor customer service. I had a bit of difficulty ordering my 2 toilets and faucet- I would say a model number and the representative would pull up a different item all together. This happened 3 times. Finally, I got the order placed. It took a little while to arrive because there had been a confusion over one of the items in the warehouse so I had to call and follow up. Then I received the items on a pallet. The company did say that I needed to open and review the products within 48 hours of receipt but this is completely unrealistic. I am an older female and had to wait a few days for my contractor to open the packaging as the toilet tanks were extremely heavy. Of course, when they opened one of the boxes 4 days after delivery, one of the toilet tanks was broken. Home Perfect declined to repair or replace the toilet or help me in any other way. I am very disappointed in this company and would not order again."

"Our faucet arrived in a timely manner, however it was damaged. I contacted them the SAME DAY and emailed a photo showing the scratch, per their instructions. From that point on, I have not received satisfactory customer service. After nearly a week, they sent the UPS shipping label for me to return the item. No where in their process did they inquire whether I wanted a refund or replacement, so I emailed them. Told them I wanted a replacement, something I've told them several times. Was told that I'd get an email asking me that after they received the return. Never got it. Never got anything acknowledging receipt of return. Finally emailed them AGAIN and was told their tracking number showed the label wasn't used. I sent them the tracking number from my receipt, which was different from theirs, and FINALLY a week after it arrived, I received an email stating that they would refund my money. I WANT AN UNDAMAGED ITEM!! How difficult can this be? Apparently too difficult for them! It's now been over a month...I'm STILL waiting..."

"Ordered on 3/31/12, said it was in stock. It's now 4/3/12 notified customer service about order. No response. Not impressed."

"I ordered a moen shower/spa in Feb. Called on March 9 and was told that there is a1-2 week backorder. Guess what, called again on 3/30, still no faucet, still being told 1-2 week backorder, but this time rep told me that I am getting the faucet so cheap, I have to wait. If I was not happy with that, he would cancel the order and I could order from someone else. Asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 38 minutes, then disconnected. I wouldn't buy OR recommend this company to my WORST enemy."
