"ALL I HAVE DONE SO FAR IS ORDER AN ITEM AND THAT'S BEEN EASY. LET'S HOPE THAT WHEN I RECEIVE THE ORDER THAT IT WILL BE WHAT I ORDERED AND IT'S WORKING PROPERLY. SO FAR SO GOOD."

"Seems like everytime I see something I like,it's never in stock! I even tried to call in an order & I get a recording that says i'll get called back. What kind of business is this?I order placed an order a while back & then a few days later I get an email telling me they don't have any of the items I ordered in stock.Why couldn't you let me know when I ordered it?I told my son he had his sleeping bag on the way,then I had to tell him it wasn't coming.How disappointing."

"Sloppy programming on "free shipping on items over $49" offer. It wouldn't give me free shipping on my $49.95 item. "Free Shipping" was coded as $50 and up. Email to the site for help returned instructions on nonexistent links and screens. Service did not try to duplicate the error and told me it was "user error", which it was not. This is unacceptable customer service."
