Don't listen to the bad reviews
"...I found the unit to be well built and sturdy.
The dirty water reservoir leaked a little bit when I took it off to empty it but I just put my hand under the intake until I could dump it out.
Otherwise I have no complaints.... See more

I have had this Steam Vac for two years, and mine too has had a few issues, but well worth the end result.
The best way to keep the valves from leaking is completely clean the machine when you are done with it, you have to empty all of the water out, you have to remove the brushes and clean them if you have pets because the hair gets clogged and it will break those brushes.... See more

"...I just purchased this machine this past Friday night the 15th of February. I went back and forth between this model and the Bissell model that is comparible.
What made my decision was after looking at both models in the store I felt that having the clean water tank and the dirty water tank separate on the machine was a more sanitary way to go.
