"I have been looking everywhere for orchid bark to use in my snake terrarium. Usually I go to a local store called Orchard Supply but they have been out for weeks. The price of the orchid bark on this site was low for a reasonable amount. I am very happy about this and look forward to buying more from this site! :)"

"Their prices are reasonable, with the exception of shipping charges, which initially are kinda high so unless you are making a large order they may not be your best option. Where they really shine however is in order processing and fulfillment. They ship FAST. I had my order within 3 or 4 days of placing it. "

"I tried to order four different times. Each time it said my credit card and address did not match. I use the two cards I tried all the time. The problem was that my billing address and physical address are not the same. We receive mail at a post office box because we are a small rural town. My credit card has my PO Box. The site would not let me use a PO Box in my address because only one address was allowed. Finally I used paypal and it went through. Please fix this difficulty. I even emailed the help desk, and the person who emailed me was no help at all."
