" I bought a potfiller thinking it could be used in USA plumbing because Hudson Reed ad said it could. I paid, waited and it finally arrived. My plumber went to put it in only to find that the holding bracket had to be secured from the rear of the wall where we don't have access. I called and wrote and I was told to send it back at my own expense (55.00 USA $)This I did and I am still waiting after three weeks to hear from them.This never would have happened if the install was made clear to the purchaser. I am not happy and I find I will not openly trust the internet for honest sales again. J Dulin "

" The stuff looks good, but customer service has been awful. I am regretting ordering with them. They shipped two weeks later than promised with no notice. They ignored my shipping inquiries until I threatened to cancel my order. When I did get the merchandise, my plumber had questions about the installation. Their instruction manual was very vague. It took 2 weeks to get a response to my email and the response was only to send me a PDF file of the useless manual that was included in the box. They ignored my installation questions. I emailed again and have yet to hear back. It has been a week. I am extremely frustrated and angry. I think the positive service reviews on this site must be posted by their own employees. "

" Nice friendly merchant, but the item I ordered was not described accurately. I was told not to return the merchandise but that a partial credit would be issued instead. No credit was issued and I am now having American Express look into the matter. "

" Quick to ship if Credit Card is used for the order. Slow to send request for billing when Paypal is used for payment. Quality items, heavy brass and chrome. Should describe more details about the product, example: Holes on shower head has rubber tips for easy cleaning of hard water scale... "
