There are a lot of 35 inch scale 6 strings by other companies that are routed for the 4.5 inch standard sized pickups and some already have good pickups in them.
When a bass is routed for that size you have a whole line of options from EMG, an option from Lace, some options from Seymour duncan and many more options from other lesser known companies.... See more
