"If there was a place to do zero stars this business would definitely get it! Horrible customer service. Ordered toner and a month later still waiting on it. They didn't have the toner in stock, but still charged my card the day I ordered it and still no refund!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! They do not stock the toner...they order from 3rd parties. "

"I ordered from this supplier and after almost 2 weeks I asked them via email where my order was? they claimed it was on back order and that they advised me; they never sent any email( ichecked my spam too) very poor service but they did oissue a refund. Buyers beware!!!"

"Ordered remanufactured toner cartridges for a Brother printer. Got email confirmation same day, and they arrived 6 days later as promised. Not the cheapest available online but were about half the price of buying locally. ImagineOffice had the best quality control description for remanufacturing their printer cartridges, excellent vendor ratings and reviews, and the best guarantee (6 months-100%) of the many online vendors I looked at. Cartridges were very well packed and work perfectly. Will buy from ImagineOffice again if cartridges continue to work without problems. So far, extremely satisfied!"

"Please do not order from this untrustworthy seller. I ordered a toner cartridge for a printer; nothing after 10 days - they must order form a supplier. At least they gave me a refund. Don't do it - ypu'll be sorry!"

"Ordered an increasingly hard to find replacement cartridge for an older HP Laser printer. Not only were their prices extremely competative, but delivery was very fast. All I had to do was unwrap and install. You have a secured a repeat customer in me. I highly recommend."

"Everytime I print something it comes out so crisp and clear that I have to remind myself that this was from imagineoffice and that I should NEVER buy a cartridge again from anyone else. 100% new quality at a fraction of the cost. Kudos folks! There are some really bad suppliers out there that I have used before discovering imagineoffice. "

"Fast and efficient service. Website is easy to navigate. I was a bit skeptical because I had never heard of the company -- they came up through a product search, but couldn't have been more pleased. "These guys are great.I placed an order with them for 2 dell color replacement cartridges. Their customer service noticed while processing the order that they were for 2 different Dell printers. They called Me to make sure the order I placed was correct. It wasn't. Nice heads up. I would highly recommend. "

"I received my order (3 toner cartridges) promptly, however 2 of the 3 were defective. I emailed customer service late in the evening thinking I would get a reply in the next day or two. Instead I recived a response in about 15 minutes with a promise for replacement cartridges and return labels for the defective product. I plan on doing business with Imagine Office Supplies."

"Toner cartridge came within three days for my Apple LaserWriter 12/640PS. It is an old workhorse printer that now requires compatibles. Cartridge seems to work just fine. Note on the shipping carton says that you should save the box to return the used cartridge, but there is no return label in the box and no insructions for return. Do they want it? I would think so."
