"I THOUGHT I ordered a craft table, as the picture and description stated. BUT when I received my purchase, it was only the storage portion of the set...apparently the folding craft table's price, etc must be searched, because the the entire ad is MISLEADING! "

"We ordered the hexagon stars in both sizes and had read the reviews on this site about slow delivery. When I placed the order, I did not pay for speedier shipping (e.g., next day, express) but they showed up on our doorstep in 48 hours (with a late night order)! They were carefully packaged and of great quality. Definitely worth more than the original price but the sale price was an amazing deal. Thanks to Improvements for fine merchandise at affordable pricing shipped at lightning speed!!"

"I PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH IMPROVEMENTS CATALOG FOR A JEWELRY ARMOIRE. IT CAME FAST AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I WAS SO PLEASED AND SURPRISED AT THE QUALITY OF THE ARMOIRE. "this thing doesn't worth the money. poor craftmanship. looks cheap. you can't even lift it cause the top part will fall off. I've wasted good moeney to put it together and throw it away."

"lousy customer service. placed order 12/4/06. 3 full business days pass. I heard ZERO from these people. I emailed them and told them to bag (cancel) the order. They claim it cannot be cancelled once it is "in processing". Several more emails exchanged of me asking why not since item hasn't been shipped. Absolutely will not cancel order but I can refuse products when they are delivered. What the heck is that?? These people did ZERO to appease this unhappy customer. I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! VERY SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW TO GET ITEMS OUT THE DOOR AND TO YOUR DOORSTEP. I mean, gee whiz! 3 days and NOTHING happening?!?! They have NO excuse. Unless you want to wait 2 weeks to get your products, same yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Apparently, people in Hanover, PA are pretty slow and don't move very fast."

"Great white wicker furniture set. Many of the resin sets I see at the store look cheap. Great quality and should really stand up to the weather. Well constructed. I would do business with them again. "
