"The prices are very good when compared to other sites, even when considering in S&H, which some others offer for free. Just ordered, so can't rate product or shipping speed. Website was ok, but didn't like having to order a cartridge & then having to go back to main page, re-choose the printer model, etc. in order to get back to the page in order more cartridges for the same printer. They could make the site a bit easier to order from, otherwise would have given them max. stars for the experience so far."
