"It is a pain in the rear to have to fill out all the billing information just to find out the shipping charge."

"I had no luck selecting the PayPal option at checkout. Each time I input a shipping address different than that of my billing address, the PayPal link would change it back and when I would correct it, the link would not process the PayPal payment. It was very frustrating."

"JR's is nice but for years we as UPS employees have been told that we could and should get a discount but sadly when I went there I have not been afforded that which I was told we would get."

"jr.com needs to create checkout process for buyers who neither have email accounts nor jr.com accounts.because there are consumers who shop on the internet,but do not have a personal computer,at all.this would make shopping at jr.com easier.thank you!"

"Only part I found discouraging was that after I order two items I wanted to go back to look for other things to purchase but could not find a way back to continue shopping. When I hit the continue shopping button I only got similar items. Probably would have bought more!"

"I really liked the selection of harder to find items at reasonable prices. Easy to view details about the merchandise (when available). When searching for items, should not show items "not in stock" in same search or perhaps make that more visible as I often didn't notice if something I wanted was available or not. Otherwise, website easy to navigate. I would shop here again"

"The ability to find what you are looking for at the JR site is pretty good, and easy to follow. Check out is also easy, especially if you are registered, because you don't have to have your card readily available to check out. My only problem is that lot's of times the, "on sale", items are hard to notice, so if you order one, you may not get it. Then when you call to exchange the item for a like item, you always end up paying more. Make it obvious that you only have limited quantities of items when they are clearence, so that the customer can make an informed decision prior to commiting to a purchase."

"I purchased the Panasonic DMR-EZ48VK DVD/VCR recorder with digital tuner. The only issue I encountered is the product does not record over-the-air digital signals to VHS tape. It would be nice if this was flagged in "red" in the product description. This would have been "extremely" helpful in making my decision. The product was delivered on-time and customer service was helpful in returning the product. A refund of shipping charges would have been even more "customer friendly.""
