"Received my order pretty fast but it had a defect on the surface. Called the store right away and explained the issue. Was given an RMA number and I returned the item for inspection. Got a call back from the owner to discuss the issue. After much explaining the problem was noticed and I received an exchange overnight, which was a surprise. Not too thrilled it happened in the first place however. But I'm glad they resolved it quickly."
