"Purchased the Sunburst Vanity. It was an excellent price, communication from King Linen was excellent they sent me info on when it shipped and a tracking number. Plus recieved the vanity from across the country CA to MI in 5 days from order date. Excelent service, price and product"

"I agree with the negative reviews. I ordered a bed-in-a-bag set from them. When I got it, it was defective (it looked like the comforter had gotten caught in something). I tried calling and never got a response. I tried emailing and never got a response. So I payed all that money for a defective product that I couln't even exchange for a non-defective one. I will never buy anything from them again."

"i will never ever go back to this site to order any thing.these people was so rude when i asked them for a return lable for a comforer set i order from them.i was told that i would get one from one lady and the other one told me i couldn't.the set they sent me didn't fit.it cost me 25.00 to ship it back.but that will be the last time i get anything from this company.this company do not deserve a one star.because you are below poor."

"I ordered a comforter set with matching sheets and an extra set of Egyptian cotton sheets. I did not receive the Egyptian cotton sheets at all but got curtains I didn't order. I immediately called the company and spoke with one of the rudest customer service people I've encountered. She promised to email a return label the next day. I didn't receive it so I sent the company an email. Finally they emailed a return label. I am disappointed at the way I was treated and I am still waiting for the Egyptian cotton sheets. I like the comforter set although the colors are different from the online pictures. I shop online a great deal and this ranks among the lowest in terms of customer satisfaction."

"Shipping was amazingly fast, it was delivered in less than a week. The prices are unbeatable. The only issue I've got is that the description of the products isn't as detailed as I would like them to be. Granted, I love my new bedding set, however, the comforter is a little thin than I had assumed. All in all I would do business there again!"

"I purchased the Bali Tropical Chenille Tapestry Comforter Set. Received it quickly (within a week). The color was NOT as pictured. WAY too dark. It was almost brown and not beige background as pictures. The quality is nice. It looks more expensive that the price paid, but beware of the color variation."

"I ordered a complete set w/ window treatments and all for around 200 bucks. The items arrived in like 3 days from CA. When I was installing the bed skirt, I was lazy and didn't completely remove the mattress from the box spring and ripped the skirt. I called and asked for a replacement, I had one there in 2 days no charge. I am pleased with the quality...it's not the best thing since sliced bread...but it was well worth what I paid. I would say the quality was better than the stuff that I bought at Bed Bath and Beyond for 300 bucks for the set 2 years ago. "

"I ordered two comforter sets for my new home from this site. Both sets took 3 weeks to arrive and both were the incorrect sizes. I ordered two queen size sets and one came a twin and the other a king. They would not cover shipping to return from Canada and offered a 30% discount refund on the incorrect order. I am now stuck with sets that do not fit my bed. The customer service was AWFUL - they made me feel like I was lying (had to take pictures and call numerous times) they were rude and so unhelpful. Buyer BEWARE! I would never order from this company again."

"I just purchased the Moroccan bed set and was pleased, they shipped very quickly. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the picture is very different from the actual bed set. The colors are MUCH darker. But other than the colors I was pleased. It still looks very beautiful. And it is very comfy and the pillows give it an elegant look. I don't agree that it looks cheap at all. A very good product for the price."

"Purchased a bed set and had the following problems: 1. Arrived but very poor quality. Very tacky, cheesy and cheaply made. 2. Extra Pillow ordered came in green. I ordered gold. 3. Black greese stain on one of the shams. Appears to be from manufacture's equipment or it was a return from some other unhappy customer??? 4. Website did not work properly to order.Stated out of the draperies. 5. Emailed problem and they said they would add draperies no problem. Later i emailed back and they said sorry, too late it went out and we get too many emails to do what we said we would do. 6. Contacted them on the day of arrival and explained the errors made with the wrong pillow and the quality and damage issues. I was told that I could return it at my expense (even given their mistake)or they would give me a 30% discount to keep it. I sent it back even though it cost me about $30.00 total in shipping costs and nothing but a head ache to show for it. Never again! Don't shop here! Their stuff is crap and they know nothing about customer service. I rate worst than poor! "

"I totally cannot relate with any of the negative reviews about their customer service. It was wonderful! UPS did not properly expedite my package. When I contacted KingLinen by email they responded promptly along with apologizing for UPS's mistake. They filed a claim and replaced it mailing it overnight to ensure that I would have it before Christmas. I was very pleased with their generosity and customer service. "

"I emailed customer service to ask about the care instructions for the Moroccan comforter set. They replied that it was okay to machine wash. You can imagine my disappointment when all the tags on the comforter said "Dry clean only" when it arrived. Also, picture on the website looks NOTHING like actual comforter. The website states that the colors are darker on the comforter, but they are really COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Horrible experience. I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN -EVER!"

"When ordering online the comforter set was out of stock. I called the company and was told they would be getting more in soon. The company responded quickly and efficiently. The comforter set was exactly what was shown. I love it and such a bargain too!"
