"I CALL ED IN TO THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT AND SPOKE WITH A VERY KNOWLEDGEBLE PERSON. HE HELPED FIND THE CORRECT PARTS AND CALLED ME BACK EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. IT WAS VERY UNUSUAL TO GET TO SPEAK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE MY LIFE HISTORY AND FIRST BORN'S INFOMATION TO A COMPUTER. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IN MY OPINION WILL CAUSE YOUR COMPANY TO HAVE MANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS"

"I wasted the time calling all three of the co. that built scaners for PA. e-saftey program and l-tron is the only one that will take the time to talk to you and awnser the questions you want to ask. I hope i save the next person time call l-tron first you will be happy."
