Love this machine!
Review From: S Tucker, Aug 14, 2006
I've been using this machine for 8 months now, for a family of four. I am in love with this machine and the convenience of doing one load a day, usually in the morning, come home and it is done! Like a dishwasher. It has changed my practice of doing mountains of laundry once or twice a week, up and down the basement stairs, sometimes not getting to transfer the clothes from the washer to the dryer right away (imagine if we saved all our dirty dishes for once or twice a week, loading and unloading, to get it all done, or had to move the dishes into a dryer after they were washed!) to a daily easy task of loading once and unloading once and it's done. I can't say enough about the genius of this design and only wish I had discovered it years ago. The wrinkles are a small price to pay, in my book. I agree with the above posts that if you do not overload, it is not so bad. If you fold the clothes immediately after removing from machine, the wrinkles are less stubborn. But it is a different technology and so some wrinkles are inevitable. Not everything, just cottons. I held onto my conventional dryer for months and finally got rid of it when I realized I would never use it again. The feeling I get about this machine is like a kid at Christmas! Makes doing laundry a breeze! :)

wrinkles!!!!!!!!!!
Review From: Teresa, Oct 25, 2006
I have the LG washer and dryer. I never have a full washer load but you can bet when they come out of the LG dryer the clothes are FULL of wrinkles!!! I miss my 12 yr old Whirlpool dryer. I have even opened the dryer door the second the alarm goes off and I still have wrinkles, wrinkles! so the iron is now sitting next to the dryer. on the plus side the LG washers are great.

Much cleaner clothes
Review From: Tina Mallamas, Oct 10, 2006
I love this machine. My clothes are much cleaner than with a conventional machine. I would change the dryer but I kept my old dryer and use it also. Since this machine uses less water and extracts more water, the dryer takes less time to dry. I do about 3 loads a day and the last load I use both wash and dry mode and don't change it out till the next day. And I also love the fact it doesn't need a dryer vent.

If it didn't break down so much I would love it
Review From: dave@tcpinc.net, Sep 22, 2006  | See All Reviews
I love this machine, but it has broken down twice in the two years that I have had it. It has a problem with draining water, and the thing just craps out. I love everything about it except for its reliability.

Don't overfill and avoid wrinkles
Review From: Kendra, May 16, 2006
I have this machine in my apartment, and it's taken me a couple months to figure it out, but I really think it's a good machine. It's really nice to put clothes in in the morning, and come home to finished clothes ready to fold. The trick to avoiding the wrinkles (which the other reviewers are absolutely right, are UNBELIEVABLE!)is to only fill the machine half full of clothes. Since the machine takes 3-4 hours this might be a problem for you if you need to do lots of laundry per day, but I do one load every morning and keep a family of 5 in clean clothes.

I've used it and I love it
Review From: Dale, Jan 31, 2006
I've used this several times on a military base and was ver impressed. Everything from the dryer sensor to the washer performance was excellent. The clothes has a constant flow of clean water going through it; rather than the clothes being agitated in the same dirty soapy water. I love this product.

Good for some, not all
Review From: Michelle, Jan 27, 2006
We've had ours for 2 months. The wrinkles in cotton are amazing. They appear permanent and have worn the fabric at the creases. However I love the machine. It is perfect for busy people who want to put in a load and return to clean clothes. To get them dry you have to put it on timed dry for the full length of time. It doesn't remove lint or pet hair as well as a conventional dryer. We haven't gotten rid of our old dryer yet but we haven't used it either. You need to get the stand to have someplace to put a tupperware tub under the machine when you drain the trap otherwise the water drains all over the floor. We have to clean the trap when we wash pet beds with dog hair as it gets clogged up. The optimum would be to have enough space for this machine for loads that include synthetic fabrics and the traditional dryer for cottons and lint removal. You also need to keep a role of tape near the machine to remove the lint that does accumulate on the inside of the rubber door seal.

Wrinkles... wrinkles, & more wrinkles!!!!!!!
Review From: kandice wisco , Jan 18, 2006
Would be perfect, but the wrinkles are like no others, completely unforgiving!!!! And makes the 1000 great points about it obsolete!

Wrinkle
Review From: Jesse, Jul 7, 2005
The real problem with the dryer is that it never gets hot enough to get wrinkles out. It would be perfect if not for the fact that you cannot get the wrinkles out. I still need to have a second dryer.
