This machine works very well and costs pennies to operate. Yes it takes a long time to complete a load, but I do one load per day and set it before I leave for work and it is dry when I come home. There are a ton of options on this machine so make sure you read the manual thoroughly. Great for two people, any more would be too much. Make sure you have a solid floor to put it on. I had to reinforce mine to withstand the spin cycle.
