I received mine in December. Very easy to configure the RAID1 (mirroring, ideal against disk failure risk). Drive can be extracted: truly hotswap. Nice and sturdy Aluminum Heat Sink casing. The Network config has been fine as well for datasharing and backup among 6 different users. Nice product
