I purchased an Ideapad Y450 from this store and was very pleased with the order handling process. I just received the laptop a day prior than it was promised. Even though it took a little longer than I am used to for shipping out the product once the order was placed, the sale happened as it was informed. I am very pleased with the laptop and with the buying experience overall. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this store. It took 6 days from the time I placed the order till I get the laptop... paid for ground standard shipment and received within 2 days from shipment.

Its absolutely true lenovo has really poor customer service. I just ordered a computer on line and had a few problems - with the coupon code that didn't work, or the shipping date thats a week away even though I paid for 2 day business mail for an extra $25 - Anyway they were "closed." No one to take my call, so I e-mailed them and guess what? Its come back undeliverable...I think I may cancel my order tomorrow when they "open."

Love Lenovo computers hate their horrible customer service. Have ordered computers twice and have received endless unnecessary delays and no apparent central customer service line that can be accessed directly. But great computers
