"Website was easy to navigate. I searched several other websites before making my purchase, and as far as I can tell, they beat everyone else in pricing and shipping costs. The only complaint is that I thought I would receive my battery in 3 days like the website said but it actually took 5 days. I'm assuming that UPS doesn't work on the weekends. Other than that, everything's great. Battery looks just like my original but holds a good charge. Highly recommended."

"Although I was skeptical (I'm usually like that whenever I shop online with a new merchant), it turned out to be a great first time experience. I found what I needed easily (the site's very user friendly), checkout (they use Google Checkout) was a breeze, and I received my order within 2 days! The price was right, the Dell e1705 battery/adapter works wonderful! I'm definitely recommending this site to all of my friends who shop online. :)"
