"I would shop here again simply for the service. I ordered a grill and it was delayed , they emailed me right away to let me know so I could choose another one. I needed some parts to fit the cut outs and one of the techs helped me pick out the right side burner for the opening and also matched a door that I needed. They were very helpful and gave very candid information regarding the brands and when I can expect delivery . I had tried ordering the same stuff from another retailer and was disappointed to learn that nothing was in stock , but Living Comforts certainly did not beat about the bush and let me know right away they were not available and suggested options that were similar.
I got all the specs emailed to me which helped in me descidig what I could use where and then I called several times with questions and concerns and got to talk to a customer service rep each time vs getting a voice mail .
Finally got everything I wanted with some help and am happy to write them a good review here they certainly earned it.

"Great online experience needed a grill before the long weekend and had a huge barbeque planned around it. Was going to order a cal flame grill but they told me the delivery would not be quick and recommended a Tec grill. We did order a Tec grill and received it within a week and a half. Was easy to order over the phone and received a lot of information and help in choosing the right one GFR 2000 and received the grill on time. It was packed well and delivered on time. We were initially hesitant placing an order over the phone but they had the best price and loved the site so decided to take our chances and have been very satisfied since we have shopped there often without any complaint. The second order for a mirror arrived broken when we asked to return it they simply asked for us to email them pictures of the damage ad then they replaced it without any hassles. I would recommend this site .We have added LivingComforts.com to our favorites and will continue to shop there simply for the ease of ordering over the phone and the personal touch received was a nice surprise instead of getting voicemails all the time."

"This is my first order from Living Comforts. I stumbled on the site while searching for a particular item. I always compare prices. Living Comfort's item price was the same as other merchants, but the free shipping and extra 5% discount made my decision to order from them a no brainer. I'll rate the service & product quality and submit another review after the item arrives. "

"I am really mad that I was not informed that my biofuel fireplace did not come with the fuel. I cannot find the fuel anywhere in the Chicago area and I am having a party this weekend. I wanted to show off my new fireplace. Now I have to wait for fuel that was ordered online, which will not arrive in time for party. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!"

"Above Average customer service and pricing on my outdoor bench item. Very nice selections as well. I emailed got a response and then called the next day and spoke with a man who was very pesonable and helpful to me.
