"I really don't know what I think yet because I have not received my order. If it is shipped the next day as they say and the battery is good, then I think Mega is great. "

"30 day money back if not satisified is a JOKE. They will not respond to email or calls to give you an RMA to send you item back. Claims to have great service, but doesn't deliver."

"Appalling company, would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Supplied the wrong item, never replied to countless calls and e mails. No replacement, put it down to a very bad experience."

"I ordered a replacement battery for an Archos 504 MP3 player. The batter actually shipped from Hong Kong and was installed in the casing backwards so it would not fit and it states not to remove the actual battery as not to void warranty. Mega Capacity was hard to reach, customer service has been inadequate and impersonal for resolution and replacement"

"I ordered a battery with tools for installation. They did not include the tools, so I asked them to please send them to me. They ask me to mail the battery back to Hong Kong, at my own expense, so that they could mail the same battery back to me with the tools they originally promised."

"I ordered a battery from them it was the BT-32H they had my camcorder model listed as compatible I get it and it does not fit not even close. I contact them and they take no responsibility for it. Forcing me to pay for shipping to send it all the way back to China. The rep was rude and pretending to talk to a supervisor and not letting me actually all to them. Terrible Company "
