First off if you have Vista this is definatly an upgrade from that.
The fact that this OS does not use the memory that vista Does is nice making Os run a bit faster but its a shitty deal to have to pay that much for an upgraded version of vista...."

Simple Upgrade
"...The advisor warned me about only one thing, the itunes. When it was all said and done, itunes worked find, discovered the ipod and everything.
I even had the same mouse pointer after upgrade.
The only thing it didn't do right was it swapped my dual monitors locations...."

Better Windows OS
