I got one for christmas, charged it, screen implodes. Now i called customer service and of course they turn me away and refuse to fix their defective product. Now i fish out another 100 something for a replacement. It worked awesome until the screen gave out now i hate MS.

2008 Nov. Mine is still working today with no reason to replace it or any parts. It does have the same features like an ipod and now it may do more with people's programs to do many things. It would be perfect if it had the internet on it.

my friends said they could share songs wirelessly, the futuristic ipod. You could also set pictures as backgrounds, and records the radio, and plays movie and the works. It also has a way bigger screen then the ipod.

I brought Ipods for my kids, they renigged and wanted Zune, the much bigger screen, FM radio, blowed their mind. I made the right switch, I love Zune much better than the IPOD.
