"Sent defective toner cartridge. Would not replace within warranty guidlines. Only offered discount on future order-No thanks. Somehow lost record of previous days conversation and message left 6 days earlier."

"These guys sell garbage toner cartridges and you will pay for the return and they will not credit you for the original shipping either. Buyer beware!!!!"

"Nice Online Store, the toner CB435A they sold me is working perfect, quality is same as HP breand and i can print around over 2000 pages (I really count it)!! Also, their shipping is super fast package arrive in 2 days with UPS tracking number! I have to say if anyone who wnat a toner, here is the store you don't want to miss!!"

"These guys send me a junk toner cartidge. Takes forever to get then when they dont work, you pay the return shipping and after a month (and a few emails) they credit your account, but do not credit you for the original shipping cost. Should have checked this site for reviews first. Lesson learned. Stay away... "

"What a horrible experience I had with MonsterToners. I have a Minolta QMS color laser, and I order an extra toner cartridge to have on hand for when my current one finally went dry. Well, I put the MonsterToner cartridge in, as I had done with others in the past and this awful, grinding plastic sound came out. I was concerned and shut the machine down before the motor burned up. I called Minolta, who has always had good service, and they explained that toners like this are just recycled/refilled and that it was probably overfilled or otherwise not done right. They did not recommend using this type of company. So, I called MonsterToner, whom immediately informed me that my product was past the 90/180 day return policy, even though I'd only just used it for the first time. After explaining this, and noting their 100% satisfaction guarantee, a manager finally agreed to let me pay the shipping charges back and they would replace it. Here's the really strange part . . . I was issued an RMA (return authorization) number, paid shipping to get it back, and waited almost a month for my new one. Several emails went unanswered (and it's the right email address), and finally I had to call them and see what's up. The girl on the phone didn't know anything, and said someone would call me back. Well they never did. Instead I get an email saying that my order was too old and they're not going to replace it. Instead, they would send me old, non-working one back. What?? How's that solving anything? I would strongly recommend against buying anything at MonsterToners.com."

"I ordered 6 cartridges for an HP laser printer. Two of the first three cartridges were bad - spurious images appeared on the prints. We tried the same cartridge in each of our three printers and experienced the same problem. Two of their cartridges have been ok. Don't know about the others yet. We called MonsterToners and they were not pleasant, helpful or concerned - close to being argumentative. Their toner cartridges were in pretty blue boxes which say made in China. Their website looks great and we thought at last we have found a great company. I will not do business with these people again. "

"Horrible. The product was lousy and the customer service deplorable. The toner purchased made a mess of our printer, and we've spent the last 6 months arguing with Monstertoners about a refund. They originally claimed that their 100% satisfaction guarantee only applied when the product was returned within 30 days. (Beware - do not try to purchase supplies in advance of needing them!) After arguing with a manager, they did in an email instruct us to return the product for a refund, but we still have not been given the refund here more than 6 months later. We will never again purchase from this seller, and I would caution others to think carefully before purchasing from them. The customer service is terrible, and the inferior product does not provide good printing quality or in any way match the quality of the original manufacturer's toner as they claim it does. "

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! MONSTERTONERS SHIPPED ME AN EMPTY CARTRIDGE AND THEN REFUSED TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE UNTIL I HAD SHIPPED IT BACK TO THEM - LEAVING ME HIGH AND DRY FOR ULTIMATELY 2 WEEKS!!!! READ THE FINE PRINT ON THEIR RETURN POLICY!!!!!!!!"

"My first experience was excellent. Product worked well and was delivered a little early. This time I had trouble completing the order and wasn't sure if it went through and e-mailed to find out and received no response so reordered. I wish I had."
