"Absolute worst company ever! Do NOT buy from them! July 12th I ordered a supplement. Instead they sent out hand soap. I called and a week later got another shipment of hand soap instead of the supplement. Called again, the guy was super rude, did nothing he said he'd do, and he hung up on me. Sent an email that was never responded to. Called again to ask for a refund that the girl never processed. Each time I called I was on hold for 10 to 20+ minutes. I'm so frustrated, stressed, and angry with this company! All I wanted was either to receive the supplement I originally ordered or a refund. It's July 29th now (ordered July 12th), and the problem still is not solved. I'm fed up with this company and will now file a dispute with my credit card company to get a full refund. Their customer service rep's are the worst ever and are not trained. "

"As a first time user, I appreciate the product's price plus an additional 5% discount for auto-ordering. I'll need to await to see how long it ships to give a more thorough review; especially since the last company I ordered this product from took over a month before they even shipped it!"

"I ordered 12 of the rainbow diaper treatment creams and received only 7. Each is $6.39. I called twice their customer service and asked for the balance to be shipped. I never received anything. I sent them an email and they did not respond. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this website to anyone. They clearly don't care and they certainly don't need my money or anyone elses. I wish I could leave no stars but 1 is the minimum COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!"
