"Three weeks after ordering and only the order confirmation....I phone. They no longer carry the product I ordered. No effort to contact me. No effort to refund. Their site still shows the product is available. "

"Terrible Customer Service. I order a product and receive it in great time. Not long at all. I am highly upset because they send me something that I didn't order. They subsitute my order without contact me. I didn't take a photo of the money to send to them before I receive my product. I didn't expect this type of treatment and service. Food for thought. Stay away from this MYVITANET. They are not what they say ther are. BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE."

"Don't waste your time. This is the 2nd time I've tried to order, giving them the benefit of the doubt of their lack of service the first time. I'll never use this company again. They do not ship for weeks and will not answer their phone. And if you're lucky to answer, they hung up on me!"

"5 weeks since i placed my order, still did not receive all of it.i tried to call them 3 times, no answer,left a message with my number nobody called back. do not do buisness with this company as they do not care about the customer. "
