"hours of operation for customer service are not convienient for anyone west of the east coast. support was helpful when making a decision about bed casing and how to measure size. bed was 15 inch deep. extra fluff on top made it 16 inches. do you purchase 15 inch or 18 inch? helpful info received when calling customer service"

"Great selection, informative product descriptions, reasonable shipping charges for fedex ground service. Had one problem in the past with item billed but not included in the shipment. They quickly shipped out the missing pillow encasement with no hassles. "
