"I tried three times to order from their web site and two times I ended up returning some of the merchandises to their BH store. The pictures are different from what you receive. Even the description of the items don't match what you receive. Their Clearance sales is a trap to send you items they couldn't sell in store by not providing you precise information about the items. One cocktail dress that I ordered on line came in different color and was a returned and worn dress. Very disappointing! "

"I have NEVER had a bad experience with NM. I'm always treated with utmost consideration and the employees go out of their way to help their customers. I've only been an In-Circle member for 5 years, but even before that my experience with NM was no different. Customer service is always their priority. I've ordered by phone, on- line, out-of-state, in store and my experience has ALWYAS been the same. They carry good quality merchandise and yes the prices are a little more expensive, but coupled with the outstanding customer service, you get what you pay for. "

"I love Neiman Marcus. They have really gone out of their way to please me on several occasions. I am a semi-frequent shopper at this store, and have nothing but the best to say about this company. I especially love their Juicy Couture selection. Customer service is very polite and helpful. Shopping is really fun there too! :)"

"I have been a Neiman Marcus In-circle customer for 10 years and have never experienced any of the problems reported by the above reviews. Even before joining the In-circle, the store personal (both online and by phone or in the store) were helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable about their products. They went above and beyond to help me find particular products, whether a $20 tube of lipstick or a $600 jacket... It should be noted that Neiman Marcus does carry some of the finest cosmetics and clothes available... hence the prices are higher than most department stores. But the quality of the merchandise and shopping experience is well worth the expense! Their website is also VERY easily navigated. There is also online help (with instant-chat with a real person!) if you need help - - all a customer has to do is ask... (and their sales are fabulous!). "

"I purchased one item in December 2005 from Neiman-Marcus. In February 2006 I called and asked to be taken off their mailing list for paper catalogs. In June and September of 2006 I received huge paper catalogs in the mail. No other store has ever failed to take me off their mailing list when I requested it. This is even though I have called repeatedly asking to be off their mailing list. What kind of customer service is this?"

"Different item sent than pictured (they don't even carry the style of Alice & Olivia merchandise pictured in advertisement). Wasted over a week waiting for WRONG item. TOTAL waste of time!"
