When I ordered the product the website said it was ¿in stock¿ and would ship in 1-2 days. 4 days later, it still wasn't shipped and when I checked the website again, the product status had been changed to ¿out of stock¿. Now it is 7 days later and product still hasn't shipped. I have not received any correspondence from Netfreez about the delay in order fulfillment or estimated shipment date (no email, no update of order status in my account on website). Order status continues to show as "process", i.e. doesn¿t show it is on backorder, doesn't show estimated delay for shipping, nothing. Bottom line is order process, especially accuracy of ¿in stock¿ product status and/or shipping delays, is not managed well (poor communication with customer). You might be better off to find another vendor to order from, less hassles or unwanted surprises."
