" Was hesitant to order due to negative comments but did it anyway. Arrived in 5 days, no billing problems, no issues at all. Will order form them again. "

" I had a HORRIBLE experince with nike.com I placed an order on 10/8/10 for a jacket & pants.It was Friday so Monday I checked online & it said my order was processing. Tuesday I got an email saying my order shipped. I tried to track it but it just said billing information recived check back later so I checked back later that day and the next day. It still said billing info recived. I called & the automated service said my order was still being processed. So I spoke with someone who said she would look into & call me back or send an email. That never happened so the next day I called & was told the same thing, that she would call me or email with an answer. She never did & the tracking still said billing info recived. So the next day I called agian & was told the jacket was out of stock and never shipped but that they had the pants & asked if I wanted a refund for the jacket. I asked if I could get the jacket in another color, she said yes told me the colors. I selected & she said after the warehouse gets the order it would be shipped to me 2 day air. the next day 10/19/10 I got an email saying that both items were unavalible & I had been given a refund. So I called to see if the replacment jacket I had choosen instead of the one out of stock was still comming. The man said it isn't even possible to switch a jackets color with out placing a new order & nothing like that had been done & nothing was comming to me. I was shocked! He said he could charge me for the jacket in another color & get it shipped soon but I declined I didn't feel like dealing with Nike any more. Later that day a women from the nike called & told me they did happen to have the pants & asked me if I wanted to reorder them. Neeless to say I said NO. The service is horrible. No one does what they promise & some of them lie. They clearly have no idea what they have in stock & they don't seem to care about the customer. I won't buy there agian and I highly recommend against it! "

" Customer service is horrible!I purchased shoes via the website on 4/24/10 on 4/26/10 I received an email confirmation stating that my order was shipped but there was no tracking info??? I figure that NIKE is a reputable company so I patiently wait and wait and wait. Finally, on 5/18/10 I contact customer service, whose automated system says my order is being processed in the warehouse???. After being connected to a person, I am told that there is something amiss and a Manager will contact me for resolution. The next day my account is refunded with a generic email stating that my order could not be filled. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE????? Thanks NIKE!! I will not be shopping your brand any longer!!! And I would advise anyone else to think twice before doing so. "
