The best choice for a full featured DSLR
Review From: Larry Dodd, Sep 21, 2006
This camera is not for everyone. It is not a point and shoot. There is a learning curve so don't expect to open the box and go on a long vacation trip with it. Once you become familiar with all its features and menu selections it is a wonderful camera body. It will let you do any type of digital photography and do it well. The menus are complicated at first and often you may use the wrong memory bank but that is the fault of the photographer not the camera. This camera is for serious advanced photographers. For the point and shooter stick with the D50 or below. Enjoy this camera with the line of wonderful new Nikon lens choices.
